Bio: Eric Ketcham is the assistant director of the Center for Integrated Language Communities (CILC). Working with Tomonori Nagano and Alexander Funk, he helped to design, administer, and analyze results of the Students and Instructors of Languages at Community Colleges (SILCC) Surveys. Mr. Ketcham is a Ph.D. candidate in the Sociology program at The Graduate Center, CUNY, and holds an M.A. in Sociology from Queens College.
